How an office move works
We deliver to the office
Pick a delivery date and a morning or afternoon window when you book. Totes arrive stacked on dollies, banded and ready, and we text about 30 minutes before we arrive.
Scan as you pack
Snap a photo of what goes in each tote and pick the room it is headed for. At the new office, every tote tells you what is inside without opening it.
We collect from the new office
Lids fold shut without tape and the totes stack four high. When you are unpacked, we collect them from the new address. Nothing to flatten, nothing to recycle.
Questions from office managers
- How many totes does an office need?
- A common rule of thumb is three to five totes a desk, more for a room of files or shared supplies. Our largest package is 50 totes and 3 dollies, which suits roughly 10 to 16 desks.
- Can we rent more than 50 totes?
- Extra totes are $2.75 each a week. For an office that needs more than 50, call (470) 851-6059 before you book and we will tell you plainly what we can deliver, and when.
- Our building has a loading dock, a suite number or a security desk. Can you work with that?
- Yes. Put the suite number in the delivery address when you book, then call (470) 851-6059 or email us with dock hours, elevator booking or check-in rules. Someone 18 or older needs to be there to receive the totes and to hand them back.
- Is there a delivery charge?
- Delivery and collection are included within about 15 driving miles of our Holly Springs prep area. Further out it is $25 or $45, charged once per rental and set by the delivery address. We deliver up to about 30 driving miles.
- How do we pay, and do we get a receipt?
- You book online and pay by card, company card included. Your booking confirmation email is the receipt. Georgia sales tax applies at the rate for the delivery address.
