What if I need more time?
Text us before your pickup date. Whole extra weeks are the better value at $55 (Studio), $79 (Standard), or $105 (Whole Home). For a few days instead, extensions run $10, $12, or $16 per day.
What if a tote is damaged?
Normal wear is covered. Major damage is a $25/tote replacement fee.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, up to 24 hours before delivery at no charge.
