Every Cherokee Crate tote comes ready to scan. CrateSight is our packing app, and it is included with every rental, here in Cherokee County.
While you pack
Scan, snap, pick the room
Every tote arrives with its own QR code. Point your phone at it and that tote opens. Take a photo of what goes in, add a few words if you like ("Dishes", "Kids’ books"), choose the room it belongs in, and mark it fragile if it needs care. Then scan the next one.
On moving day
Your movers see the room, nothing else
Send your movers their own link from the app. When they scan a tote they see the room it goes to and whether it is fragile, never your photos or what is inside. They can mark each tote loaded and delivered to its room.
At the new house
Find anything without opening a tote
Scan any tote to see its photos and contents, or search every tote at once for "coffee maker". Print a sign for each room, in that room’s color, and tape it to the door so every tote lands where it belongs. Tick totes off as you unpack.

- Add the people packing with you. Everyone sees the same totes.

- Only you and your household see photos and contents. Our team sees whether the app is in use, not what you packed.
- Deletion
- Permanently deleted, photos included, 7 days after we email you that your totes are back.
